What happens in a session?
Each session begins with a short consultation where we talk about what you’d like support with—whether that’s physical symptoms, emotional challenges, or simply feeling out of balance.
You’ll then lie comfortably on a therapy bed while I use corrective sound techniques to work with your energy systems. These sound frequencies act like keys, gently unlocking blockages and guiding your energy back into balance. This process is non-invasive, deeply intuitive, and designed to work in harmony with your body’s natural intelligence.
At the end of the session, I’ll share any insights that arose and guidance for supporting integration at home.
