9 x 1:1 Sessions (3 per month)
A powerful blend of spiritual coaching and energy healing tailored to your personal path. We meet weekly for three weeks each month, with the fourth week off for rest and integration.
Ongoing WhatsApp Support
You don’t need to navigate the in-between alone. I’ll be available for energy checks, clearings, voice-note guidance, and any questions that arise as you move through the process.
Customised Daily Practice
We’ll co-create a simple yet powerful daily practice that grounds your energy, clears emotional static, and strengthens your spiritual connection.
Emotional & Energetic Healing, with Bio-Energy Therapy & Theta Healing we’ll clear what’s been weighing you down, past wounds, unconscious patterns, fear, guilt, grief, so you can move forward with a lighter, more aligned energy.
Transformational Coaching
Expect deep shifts in mindset, emotional patterns, and energy. We’ll explore topics like habit change, forgiveness, ego awareness, boundaries, inner child healing, and manifesting your desires.
